MEG Marine Services Egypt
Corporate Web & Custom CRM System
OxTech engineered a comprehensive enterprise digital ecosystem for MEG Marine Services, headquartered in Alexandria and operating extensive logistics teams across Egyptian ports and offshore terminals. The project was architected on two synchronized operational tiers: a high-impact corporate web portal presenting the firm's maritime legacy, ship provisioning capabilities, SOLAS-grade life-saving services, certified IHM surveys, and technical water analysis; coupled with an enterprise Custom CRM platform engineered to digitize client lifecycle management. The bespoke CRM manages multi-tiered corporate registration, centralizes client registries, automates RFQ workflows, and coordinates operational follow-ups across onshore logistics teams, replacing fragmented manual procedures with unified digital governance.
The maritime logistics and marine engineering sector is characterized by time-sensitive procurement cycles, stringent maritime standards, and round-the-clock RFQ processing. Operating without a unified digital backbone creates communication bottlenecks, manual entry redundancies, and fractured customer records across disparate port locations. The overarching challenge was architecting a dual-tier solution that not only presents MEG's comprehensive industrial capabilities to the global shipping market, but also bridges inbound interest with structured internal workflows through a tailored CRM, eliminating manual tracking and establishing a secure, scalable data environment for expanding fleet operations.
We engineered an end-to-end B2B digital transformation infrastructure that bridges commercial customer acquisition with internal enterprise resource workflows: first, a Corporate Digital Platform as an authoritative digital showcase highlighting historical milestones, terminal coverage, and specialized marine capabilities (IHM surveys, firefighting, ship stores, and technical inspections), equipped with accelerated inquiry funnels and WhatsApp integration; and second, a Custom Enterprise CRM as a high-security client relationship and operations portal featuring self-service corporate registration, structured customer profiling, centralized request tracking, and automated internal workflows, transforming front-end discovery into actionable, auditable CRM records.
