Strategy

Making legal services more accessible through a digital experience. Legal services depend heavily on trust, clarity, and effective communication between the client and the legal provider. The challenge was to translate part of this relationship into a mobile experience without making the application unnecessarily complex. The application needed to make available services easy to understand and access while providing a foundation that could support additional services and functionality in the future, rather than adapting a traditional website.
Design

A mobile experience built around the client. We developed a mobile-first experience focused on making legal services easier to access and navigate. The application was designed to act as a direct digital channel between clients and legal services, with a structured interface that keeps core user journeys clear and accessible across both iOS and Android platforms, built with future expansion in mind.
