Strategy

Designing a digital experience around trust, privacy, and accessibility. Building a platform for psychological services is fundamentally different from creating a standard business website. Customers need to understand available services, choose convenient consultation formats, select appointments, provide details, and complete payment within an experience that feels secure, confidential, and reassuring. The challenge was converting multi-step scheduling, clinician calendar logic, and patient profiles into a frictionless journey across both desktop and mobile applications.
Design

A Web and Mobile platform built around the customer journey. We developed a unified digital ecosystem combining the website and mobile applications into a synchronized customer experience. The booking journey was architected around transparent service selection, calendar scheduling, client profiles, payment processing, and confirmations. The platform supports omnichannel consultations including live encrypted video, voice sessions, and chat alongside physical in-clinic bookings.
